REPORTS TO FACULTIES AND TO AFFILIATED UNIVERSITY COLLEGES

During October and November, we prepared a report for each Dean of a Faculty or School, and for each Principal of an Affiliated University College. These reports described the use of the Ombuds Office by undergraduate students registered in the given Faculty, School or College. A report about graduate student use of the Ombuds Office was sent to the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The reports also included information about issues which arose in that Faculty, School or College. It is our hope to provide these reports each year, and comments regarding any trends or patterns observed.
