CORPORATE AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Meetings that Make History!

The Village offers a variety of affordably priced meeting places both indoors and outdoors that can accommodate groups of varying sizes. In the outdoor space you can live and experience customs and traditions of First Nations through specialized workshops, guest lectures and demonstrations. Become an archaeologist! Join us as we teach archaeological techniques along with teamwork on a hands-on dig. You can rent the full Museum and outdoor Village site, or use our Library/Boardroom for a small meeting of up to 12 or one of the gallery workshops or spaces for larger meetings or classes.
The Museum is a unique semi-subterranean structure with a massive earth berm covered in crushed stone and topped with a wooden palisade fence. The site is a 500-year-old Iroquoian Indian village situated on a flat plateau overlooking the confluence of Medway River and Snake Creek in northwest London. The Museum is an ideal location for those interested in an environmentally friendly heritage location with modern amenities.
The Village site is 2 hectares (7 acres) in size and three-quarters of the site remains covered by trees and is undisturbed. The northern quarter of the site is cleared and can accommodate several large tents for covered outdoor events. The Museum presents a unique opportunity in London to house several events or workshops at the same time. Several smaller rooms and a gallery are directly accessible from the main gallery and can be used as conversation or breakout rooms. The outside space is directly beside the Centre and is perfect for an outdoor party with access to the main facility for washroom and catering facilities.
