Ramp Application Resync

While Ramp is set up to automatically check for and download the latest version on start up, in rare cases, you might get an error message on logon complaining your version is out of sync with server. One example where this could happen is when you got a newer version of java but the old short cut is still governed by the older version of java on some operating systems. You could correct this by clearing the java cache. The following steps apply to Windows XP:
