For a fee, you can bring your problem to us. See the ITS Services document, in Acrobat Reader format, for details on rates and conditions.

Software problems: if you would like us to simply fix your software issue for you, instead of spending time on the phone or with a manual, whether it's getting dial-in working or rebuilding your system, call ITS (661-2111x83800) to arrange to talk to the Macintosh Support Specialist. See previously mentioned ITS Services document for billing information.

Hardware problems: If you are experiencing hardware problems here are 2 local Apple-authorized repair shop


ON SITE

For a fee, on-site software support (non-residential) is available.

Onsite software and network consulting: troubleshooting, configuration, rebuilding machines, purchasing advice, lab configuration. See the ITS Services Document for rates.

 

CONTRACTS

Dedicated Support Person: If your departmental Mac-support needs are not enough to warrent a full salary position but are enough to require a Specialist around, from as little as one day to several days a week, check out our "Dedicated Support" section in the ITS Services Document.
