As a result of the ongoing migration of Western Mail to Office 365 and in preparation for the eventual decommissioning of the legacy email platform, all faculty and staff members hired after April 14th will automatically be provisioned in Office 365, even if their unit has not yet migrated to the new mail system. Changes to Office 365 Clutter SettingsBy Email Working Group
Over the past few months, Microsoft Office 365 has enabled a feature called Clutter. Clutter analyzes your email messages and learns which messages you read and which you ignore. Messages you are likely to ignore are moved to the Clutter folder. It learns from your previous behaviour related to similar messages you have received. The more you use it, the more it becomes familiar with your behaviour. You have the control to turn it off and on. [Read full article]
