The Computer Accounts Office in combination with the ITS Help Desk are the primary support for Identity Manager and your Western Identity password.

As a student the support of your Western Identity is also shared with the Registrar. There is a connection to information received by the Registrar; Western ID Number and Access Code that allows you to interface with Identity Manager and Activate your Western Identity. As an employee there is a conection with Human Resources and your Western Identity but there is no direct intigration with Identity Manager.
