The best way to ask your IT related question is to simply call the Help Desk at x83800 from on campus or 519-661-3800 from off campus.
Help Desk Technology Support Specialists are available to help you during regular University work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Help is available by phone or in person at our drop in counter in the Support Services Building.
In addition to help during core university hours, help is also available by phone on Sunday to Thursday evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. except on long weekends.
If the Help Desk is closed, you also have the option of using our Ask ITS application or our How Do I... documentation to try to solve your problem on your own. If you still can't find an answer to your question you can submit a JIRA ticket at https://jira.uwo.ca/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10920&issuetype=6 . If you are unable to log into JIRA because your password does not work, you can request password assistance at itshelp.uwo.ca.
