List Guardian Future Enhancements

List Guardian is a mailing list management tool developed by ITS. Future enhancements to the product are being considered however a period of time is needed to evaluate the overall performance of the product and assess customer feedback.

The current list of enhancements being considered include;

Customized welcome message when adding new members to a list.
Insert customized text into all messages sent to a list.
List message archiving.
Lookup to search for Western email address available to be added to a list.
Restrict the ability of owners to add individuals to a list based on a central privacy flag.
Usage statistics on a per list basis.
Date last updated on a per list / tab basis.
