Introduction

This document will help you setup your Android device (phone or tablet) to connect to the uwosecure-v2 network using Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

First...

Make sure that your Western Identity Manager password has been synchronized here.

Procedure

1. Tap 'Settings'.

2. Tap 'Wi-Fi'.

3. Tap 'uwosecure-v2' to edit the settings.

4. Enter/Choose the following:

            EAP Method: PEAP
            Phase 2 Authentication: leave as 'None'
            CA Certificate: leave as 'unspecified'
            User Certificate: leave as 'unspecified'
            Identity: your Western username
            Anonymous Identity: - leave blank -
            Password: your Western password

Click 'Connect'.

You should now be connected to the 'uwosecure-v2' wireless network.
