Information required before continuing...

1. Your UWO User Id & Password
2. Your BlackBerry PIN number
3. Your BlackBerry IMEI/ESN number

Account Creation Online

In order to use your BlackBerry for Email you must first create a BlackBerry account online.

You will need to select one of the following links based on your service provider.

Click the "Create New Account" button to begin the setup process.

Fido
Bell Mobility
Telus Mobility

Email Setup Online

To setup your Western Email account online you will have to select one of the following links based on your service provider. 

Rogers Wireless
Fido
Bell Mobility
Telus Mobility

Login to the site using your BlackBerry Username & Password. Enter your Uwo Email address & Password and click "Next".

You should see a message stating your account is valid.

Now your Uwo Email account is almost setup on your BlackBerry.

Be sure to "logout" of the webpage.

Go into your "E-mail Settings" of your BlackBerry and confirm the following:

Your Email server is "IMAP"

Your incoming mail server is "imap.uwo.ca"

Your outgoing mail server is "smtp.uwo.ca"

Be sure your correct UWO User Id and Password are listed.

Your BlackBerry device is now setup. Please allow approx. 30 mins for your account setup to finalize.
