Email Account Setup
Launch Thunderbird
Click Create a new account
From the Mail Account Setup Enter Your name, Email address and Password Click Continue
It should auto negotiate the following settings
Click Create Account
Western Directory Setup
Click View settings for this account
From the Accounts Settings Click Composition & Addressing Click the radial button Use a different LDAP server: Click Edit Directories
From the LDAP Directory Servers
Click Add
From the Directory Server Properties Enter the following details;

- Name: Western Directory
- Hostname: directory.uwo.ca
- Base DN: dc=uwo, dc=ca
Click OK
Click OK
