Information Technology Services provides a training program for faculty, staff, and graduate students. All sessions are held in the ITS Training Lab located in the Support Services Building (SSB 4230). Training courses are based on on either introductory or advanced topics and can consist of one, two, three or four half-day sessions:
IMPORTANT NEWS! Our course offerings are changing: Course fees are based on the length of the course and the cost of the manual or customized materials. The ITS cancellation policy is found in the ITS Course Brochure. The Computer Training Lab is located in the Support Services Building, Room 4230.
The full training program also is available in print. The ITS Course Brochure is published at the beginning of each term and mailed to those on the I.T.S. publications mailing list. Brochures can also be obtained from the ITS Help Desk (SSB 4100) or the ITS Administration Office (SSB 4300).
Individuals or departments can purchase copies of the training manuals that are used in many of our courses. For more information, contact the Training Coordinator or call the ITS Administration Office at 519-661-2151 (x82151).
We offer our facilities and instructors for departmental group training. Check the training lab's rental details for more information.
