Information Technology Services provides a training program for faculty, staff, and graduate students three times a year. All introductory and advanced computer courses consist of either two, three or four half-day sessions: Course fees are based on the length of the course and include the cost of the manual or customized materials. The ITS cancellation policy is found in the ITS Course Brochure. All sessions are held in the ITS Computer Training Lab located in room 4230 of the Support Services Building (SSB 4230). Each term the course brochure is available in print or as a PDF online. The printed brochure is mailed to the I.T.S. publications mailing list though can also be obtained from the ITS Help Desk (SSB 4100) or the ITS Administration Office (SSB 4300).
The course manuals or customized materials are included as part of the course costs. If you are interested in only purchasing a manual, contact the Training Coordinator or call the ITS Administration Office at 519-661-2151 (x82151).
