Computer Training - SSB 4230

Information Technology Services provides a training program for faculty, staff, and graduate students three times a year:

Update! A second Excel-Level I course has just been added.

Training courses are based on on either introductory or advanced topics and consist of one, two, three or four half-day sessions. Morning sessions run from 9:00am-12:00p.m. and the afternoon sessions run from 1:00p.m.-4:00p.m. Short courses are two hours in length.

All sessions are held in the ITS Training Lab located in the Support Services Building (Rm 4230).

Cost

Cost varies according to the length of the course. Beginning with this term, the non-credit computer course registration page will include an option to determine if a registrant qualifies for advanced payment through HR's Educational Assistance Account. This recent change will now allow qualified registrants to take a course without having to pay for it themselves in advance.

In cases where individuals withdraw or do not complete courses, registrants will be indebted to the University for the full cost of the course. More details about this change and the updated ITS cancellation policy is found in the ITS Course Brochure.
