    has taught using our MyVlab service (myvlab.uwo.ca) at some point in
    the recent past.
    
    We have licensing requirements that require that we maintain
    accurate records of those who continue to teach using this software.

    if  you will again be using MyVlab in the upcoming calendar year so
    that I can update our records ?
