Every year, the International and Exchange Student Centre recruits volunteers who assist with coordinating, planning and implementing various activities and programs offered by the Centre. You can also volunteer through the Student Development Centre's (SDC) Volunteers In Progress (VIP) Program, in the different areas of the SDC (e.g., Services for Students with Disabilities, Learning Skills Services, etc.).
Participating in volunteer work is a wonderful opportunity to get involved, enhance your skills, and gain career-related experience while getting to know your fellow students and your Western community. In addition, you benefit from getting to know the staff and the workshops and resources in all areas of the Student Development Centre that are available to all students.
