By checking this box, I hereby apply for residence at Huron University College and confirm that the information I have submitted is accurate and complete. I agree to: (a) remain for the entire academic year on the conditions set forth in the Huron University College Calendar and the Residence Contract; (b) pay all proper charges levied against me on the specified dates; (c) make myself aware of and observe the terms, conditions, regulations and Residence Discipline Code set forth in the Residence Contract and the Residence Handbook, the Code of Student Conduct, and Huron University College Calendar; and (d) endeavour to contribute to the quality of life in the residence. The Landlord and Tenant Act does not apply to residence accommodations. If accommodation is offered, your signature below shall constitute acceptance of the Residence Contract, which forms a part of this application.

RESIDENCE DEPOSIT - $750 in Canadian Funds payable to Huron University College by cheque, money order or bank draft. Please refer to the Application for Admission to Huron Residence 2016-2017 for details about payment terms. The total amount of fees owing (residence and meal plan) will be available at www.huronuc.ca beginning in July. Huron University College reserves the right to amend fees after the submission of this document.

DEADLINE - Huron University College does not accept payment by credit card. Please plan ahead and mail your payment or deliver it in person before the deadline. The Residence deposit must be received by the Housing and Student Life Office by 4:00 p.m. on June 1, 2016 in order to confirm your guaranteed place. Any forms and/or deposits received after 4:00 p.m. on June 1, 2016 will be placed on the waiting list in the order they are received. Upper year students must submit forms and deposits by 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 2016.
