myHuman Resources - How to find your Western ID Number, User ID and Password
When individuals are set up in myHuman Resources, a Western ID number is established. Since November 2008, many students have been set up with one Western ID (student number) for both myHuman Resources and Student Centre. Alternatively, you will have two Western IDs each with a different User ID and Password. To find your User ID and Password to access myHuman Resources, you must first know your Western ID Number used for myHuman Resources.

to provide your Western ID number* (In person, also provide photo ID.) |

Via phone, provide personal information to verify your identity. -OR- In person, provide photo ID. |
