Hiring Students into Western's Work Study Program
Step 3: Posting a Work Study Job
An individual who has an employment relationship at the University can be delegated, by the Work Study Supervisor, to create the Job Posting. However, the Supervisor must sign in to Work Study Center and select the student to be hired to complete the recruitment transaction.

You will be able to select the hiring department from a list of departments defined as Work Study eligible based on the Work Study Supervisor's faculty or business unit.
If a department is missing from this list please contact the HR Administrator in the Supervisor's faculty or business unit.
