Staff Relations provides consulting services to University departments in the design and advancement of positive and productive work and learning environments. This is accomplished in partnership with departmental and Faculty leaders in the redesign of work, the definition and evaluation of job descriptions, change management, recruitment, performance development, advising on complex employment and labour issues and facilitating the implementation of policies and programs.
