Introduction to Leadership at Western
This course is an opportunity to build leadership knowledge and skill for those new to leadership roles at Western. Learn communication skills to effectively work with others and respectfully and effectively express your work needs. Explore work style differences and how to leverage these when working in groups. This program is for Western's informal and emerging leaders and those new to a leadership role.

Communication & Assertiveness Skills ("Leader Effectiveness Training")
Who should take this course:
This course is for informal or emerging leaders at Western. If you are team lead or if your role includes leadership of team projects, committees or other work groups, this course is for you.

Withdrawal Fee - Once you register, we begin preparing materials and resources for your participation. If you need to withdraw from a course, your department may incur a fee of up to $150.00 to help cover the costs of these resources.
