Consultation and Facilitation Services

 

Learning and Development offers assistance to leaders of academic or support units. Facilitators are available to consult on your work challenges or project goals. If facilitation support is needed, we can facilitate team retreats, shorter meetings, or particular aspects of your project plans.

We help with:

  • developing your unit’s vision and strategic plan
  • engaging staff and stakeholders in planning or change initiatives
  • work and process design
  • team functioning (e.g. role clarity, improving team meetings and team communication)
  • conflict resolution

We will work with you to help you develop and lead a plan of action. For more information contact:
