Congratulations!  Hopefully, you have just completed the first three steps of the 4-Step Office Ergonomics Program.  We hope that the information has been helpful with setting up your workstation and improvements have been made. 

Sometimes extra assistance may be needed to help resolve difficult ergonomic problems.  If you are experiencing discomfort, have sustained an injury, or simply need help with purchasing the proper equipment please do not hesitate to contact us.  Human Resources provides onsite ergonomic consultation specific to your area as a value added program through Health, Safety & Wellness.
