Come to Western’s Mini Wellness Fair for faculty and staff Friday, December 9, 2011 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Support Services Building, Room 4210. You may win PRIZES from Hospitality Services and The Bookstore!
The Mini Wellness Fair features:
- Free blood pressure checks from Workplace Health
- Free one-week passes to check out the Western Student Recreation Centre
- Ergonomic tips for working comfortably and safely
- Nutritional advice for the holidays from Hospitality Services
- Information about Western benefit packages
- Help on destressing from our Employee Assistance Plan provider FSEAP
- Details on Mental Health First Aid courses at Western
The Western Mini Wellness Fair is sponsored by “Western Wellness” and Western's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Committee.
