Western has an ethical and legal
responsibility to provide a healthy and safe environment
in which to study and work. The University will comply
with all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal
legislation with respect to health and safety.
These legislated standards are accepted by the Univesity
to be minimum standards, and the University reserves the
right to establish and enforce more stringent standards.
These standards are considered binding on all members of
the University community.
