This two-day program is intended to help both experienced and novice meeting leaders get the most out of precious meeting time.
Western employees who regularly lead meetings as part of current role (e.g. chairing committees, leading project or work team meetings)
The learning design for this two-day program includes both presentation and action-learning methods. Participants will have multiple meeting practice opportunities focused on application of new concepts and tools. Case studies and practice scenarios are set in Western’s environment.
