This two-day program is intended to help both experienced and novice meeting leaders get the most out of precious meeting time.
Western employees who actively lead meetings as part of their role (e.g. committees, project teams, work teams, etc.)
The learning design for this two-day program includes both presentation and action-learning methods. Participants will have multiple meeting practice opportunities focused on application of new concepts and tools. Case studies and practice scenarios are set in Western’s environment.
The number of participants ranges from 10 to 16 Western leaders who are actively involved in leading meetings as part of their role.
