Meetings that Work - Skills for Meeting Leaders

This two-day program is intended to help both experienced and novice meeting leaders get the most out of precious meeting time.

Western employees who actively lead meetings as part of their role (e.g. committees, project teams, work teams, etc.)

Course Format

The learning design for this two-day program includes both presentation and action-learning methods. Participants will have multiple meeting practice opportunities focused on application of new concepts and tools. Case studies and practice scenarios are set in Western’s environment.

Cost

Course costs are covered by Western Human Resources and are offered at no charge to participants.

Withdrawal Fee

Once you register, we begin preparing materials and resources for your participation. If you need to withdraw from a course, your department may incur a fee of up to $150 to help cover the costs of these resources.
