Over 500 Academic and Administrative Leaders at Western have participated in this program.

What’s Involved?

A leaders’ learning group of 12 to 15 people stays together for 7.5 days, spread over a year. The first three parts occur within 3 months; part 4 occurs within one year.

Cost

Course costs are covered by Western Human Resources, and are offered at no charge to participants.

Withdrawal Fee

Once you register, we begin preparing materials and resources for your participation. If you need to withdraw from a course, your department may incur a fee of up to $150.00 to help cover the costs of these resources.
