Yoga is a holistic way of energizing and integrating your mind, body and spirit. Explore the three elements of breath, postures, and meditation – and how they’re connected. Join us for an hour of gentle exercises and leave feeling rejuvenated inside and out. All levels are welcome.
*Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
This fitness class is available to staff, year-round, and at no cost through Living Well @ Western - a cross-campus initiative designed to encourage and promote a wide variety of physical, cultural, and intellectual activities to improve health and wellness at Western.
