Saugeen-Maitland Hall
- Located just across Western Road from the Social Science Centre, the Health
Sciences complex, and the University Community Centre
- Large main floor lounge with stereo equipment and projection equipment
- Two well-equipped physical recreation rooms for weight and cardiovascular training
- Study rooms, music/piano practice rooms
- Late-night snack bar, vending machines, and photocopiers
- Grass areas nearby along with an outdoor sand volleyball court,
basketball court, and practice tennis wall
- Wide variety of Focused-interest and Faculty-based floors
- Move-in day for Saugeen-Maitland Hall residents with
surnames beginning with A-L is Sunday, September 2, 2001.
- Move-in day for Saugeen-Maitland Hall residents with
surnames beginning with M-Z is Monday, September 3, 2001.
Changes to this date will only be considered under exceptional
circumstances.
- Please approach Saugeen-Maitland Hall from Windermere
Drive which can be reached off of Windermere Road.
- While on Windermere Drive, you will be greeted by residence
staff who will direct you to the Saugeen-Maitland Hall
parking lot (unloading area).
- The traffic circle in front of Saugeen-Maitland Hall
will be closed since it is an access route for emergency
vehicles.
- Special arrangements can be made for physically challenged
individuals to unload in this area; please call the residence
secretary in advance at 519-661-2178.
- With your permission, Residence staff will tag your
personal belongings with your room number and then move
them to your room.
- Immediately upon unloading, please move your vehicle
to the Springett parking lot located next to Huron College.
- Please do not abandon your vehicle in the unloading
lot.
- Check-in will take place in the Main Lounge.
