Specific Move-in
Instructions for Elgin Hall
- Move-in day for Elgin Hall residents is Sunday, September
2, 2001.
- Please approach Elgin Hall from the Richmond Street gates.
- Please make a right-hand turn into the Medway Parking lot.
- Behind the residence, you may drive your vehicle into the Elgin Hall traffic circle when
a vacant space is available.
- To unload, park your vehicle along the right hand side of the traffic circle - do not
park on the left-hand side.
- With your permission, residence staff will tag your personal
belongings with your room number and then move them to your
room.
- Once your vehicle is unloaded, please move it immediately to the Medway parking lot.
- Please do not abandon your vehicle in the unloading zone.
- Check-in will take place in the dining room on the ground
floor at the north entrance.
