A new contract, for temporary personnel services, has been negotiated with the following three preferred agencies; Kelly Services, Adecco Employment Services and Talentcor (formerly Allen Professional Search/The People Bank). These services are meant to satisfy a temporary need only for a period of less than 90 days (480 hours).
