The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2010

During 2010, the International Year of the Nurse, the Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing is celebrating 90 years of excellence. This is a significant milestone in the School’s rich history and we have a great deal to be proud of. Our students are committed to the profession and their drive to succeed is second to none. Our graduates have gone on to lead rich and rewarding professional nursing careers and continue to make significant contributions to the health care system in its many dimensions. Our faculty have reached new heights in terms of academic and research achievements, known internationally, and continually influencing nursing’s future. Our staff are at the core of what makes our programs run seamlessly. Together we will be marking this 90th year with many events, celebrating the past, highlighting the present, and planning for the new decade that will take us to our centennial in 2020.

Come and celebrate with the School at every opportunity and be proud of the fact that you are part of Western and that Western is part of you.
