The centrally administered email account will be considered the
individual’s official University email address. It is the responsibility
of the account holder to ensure that email received at his/her official
University address is attended to in a timely manner. Western email
accounts can be checked easily at mail.uwo.ca.
NOTE: If you forward your Western email to another email address, be aware that if your alternate inbox is full - you will not receive your Western email.
Western email accounts are operated by Information Technology Services (ITS). Any problems or questions related to the activation or maintenance of a Western email account should be directed to the ITS Help Desk at 519.661.3800

This might include guest lecturing, preceptoring students, participating on a thesis committee, or other contributions.
