BSc - Honors Specialization in Kinesiology

The Honors Specialization Bachelor of Science module in Kinesiology focuses closely on the bioscientific orientation of exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports injuries and anatomy components of the program.  The BSc is a limited enrolment program with 75 spaces available each year.

Progression from Year 1 to Year 2

This is a limited enrolment module, meaning that the progression standard may fluctuate from year to year depending on how many students want to progress into the BSc and how good their grades are. Students will at minimum need a 70% average with no grade less than 60%. Typically, over the past few years a student with a mid to low 70’s average would successfully progress.

Honors degree graduation minimum average requirements?

Students must maintain a 70% average on their senior Kinesiology/Dance courses with no grade less than 60%.

Additionally, students must maintain a cumulative average of 65% with no fails.
