The combined program takes five academic years to complete and allows students to receive a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with an Honors Specialization in Kinesiology-Sport Management and a BA in Honors Business Administration. Students are registered in the combined program for Years 4 and 5. This is a limited enrolment module, meaning that the progression standard may fluctuate from year to year depending on how many students want to progress into Kinesiology and how good their grades are. Students will at minimum need an 80% average with no grade less than 60%. Students may want to consider following the Honors BA Sport Management program as a backup plan to the combined Kinesiology and Ivey program during years 1 and 2. Please be aware students are not officially in the combined program until year 4 after they have been admitted and successfully completed HBA1. Students must first complete HBA year 1 before registering in the combined program. Students apply for the Ivey School of Business HBA Year 1 online. For specific information pertaining to Ivey’s application process, please visit their application process page. Students enrolled in HBA1 (year 3) must attain a minimum weighted rounded average of 78%. In years four and five, students must attain a minimum weighted average of 75% in their 4000 level HBA courses. For the School of Kinesiology, students must maintain a 70% average on their senior Kinesiology/Dance courses with no grade less than 60%. Additionally, students must maintain a cumulative average of 65% with no fails.5-Year Combined Honors BA: Kinesiology - Sport Management and Business Administration
