The official final exam schedule is posted on the Registrar's website. SHOWING UP AT THE WRONG TIME IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A SPECIAL EXAMINATION. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SCHEDULE AND CONFIRM THE INFORMATION WITH MORE THAN ONE CLASSMATE. If you are unable to write a scheduled examination on a Sabbath or Holy Day, you must provide written notice to the Academic Counselling Office by November 15 for mid-year exams and March 1 for Spring exams so that Special Examination arrangements can be made. Always check the schedule as soon as it is posted. If your examination falls on a Holy Day, give notice to the Academic Counselling Office by November 15 for mid-year exams and March 1 for Spring exams. If you have three final examinations falling within a 24 hour period, you may request a Special Examination. If you are ill and cannot write an exam inform your professor immediately. You must also provide medical documentation to a Kinesiology Academic Counsellor. Documentation can be submitted in two ways: Professors are not required to set a Special Examination for these reasons. If you are only half an hour late, you may be given permission to start the examination. Otherwise, contact the Department and the Academic Counselling Office immediately. You are expected to schedule vacations and flights that don't conflict with the examination schedule.Examination Information
