Health and Aging - Career Opportunities

The Health and Aging field of study will prepare MSc and PhD students to conduct research and to assume major roles in the development, evaluation and dissemination of knowledge related to health and aging. Graduates of this program will be well prepared for careers in the following areas:

  • academic positions
  • research related positions in government agencies related to health, aging, and health promotion
  • private sector heath and rehabilitation agencies
  • industry positions related to health and aging
  • consultants in health and aging
The interdisciplinary nature of this program prepares students to be highly competitive in a wide variety of academic, private, and public careers in health and aging.
