Speech and Language Science Seminar Series (formerly HS 9680)

This seminar will meet twice monthly during the fall and winter terms to provide an opportunity for students to explore, in grater depth, selected topics and issues related to the study of speech and language science.  This seminar will involve students, researchers, and invited speakers presenting various aspects of research in speech and language.

Speech and Language Science Comprehensive Exam (PhD requirement)

The comprehensive exam provides an opportunity for focused study into content areas that directly complement and enhance the student’s proposed research topic.  A Comprehensive Examination Committee, comprised of three faculty members (one of whom may be external to the Graduate Program in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences), evaluates the paper.
