Donna Gough never dreamed that organized physical activity would become such an important part of her life. Since joining the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging in 2009, Gough has adopted a more physically active lifestyle and is a shining example of the benefits of healthy living at any age. [more]

Nursing at The University of Western Ontario is celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2010! This anniversary is a wonderful opportunity to capture and preserve the history of Nursing at Western and we need your help. Do you have photographs, course materials or other Nursing items hidden away in your closet? The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing is starting to collect these items in an effort to preserve the School’s storied history for future generations.
