Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPEP) identified in the Faculty 2017-2020 Strategic Plan positions Western to be a leader in collaborative health care to improve the lives of patients and clients.
To promote excellence in interprofessional client-centred health care through education and practice.
To contribute to the education and training of health care professional students to collaborate as effective team members practicing high quality client-centred health care within their scope of practice; and to provide leadership in continuing education of health care providers for excellence in interprofessional health care services.
