All students in course-based Master’s programs must register for the full duration of their OCGS-approved program before the degree is deemed complete. After receiving the necessary approvals (see Thesis Regulation Guide), thesis students in both master’s and doctoral programs may submit the thesis for examination any time during the academic term. Final submission of the thesis is required within 10 working days of a successful thesis examination. The degree is completed on the date of the final submission of the thesis.Degree Completion

After the successful completion of the degree, students are no longer eligible to hold internal or external awards; these awards may be subject to repayment or pro-rating for the remainder of the term.
