Western leaders support this survey and are interested to hear what you have to say about your work, your team or unit, and your university. The survey will be conducted from January 24 to February 13, 2017, and it is very important that we hear from you.
The information you provide in the WE SPEAK Survey will remain confidential and anonymous. Western will not receive any survey results that identify individual responses. All individual responses are aggregated with others. To ensure this confidentiality, we have again hired Metrics@Work, a Canadian firm with extensive experience in the postsecondary sector to facilitate the survey and provide results.
The survey will take about 20 minutes of your time and is designed to provide you with an opportunity to express your views about your day-to-day work experience. It will ask you about “drivers of engagement” – things such as communications, involvement in decision-making, recognition, respect, and opportunities for learning and career development.
