Discrimination & Harassment - Policies

 

Western’s commitment to a discrimination and harassment free environment is evident in its policies and regulations. You can view the university-wide policy here: Non-Discrimination/Harassment Policy (MAPP 1.35) & Non-Discrimination/Harassment Policy – Administrative Procedures (M.A.P.P. 1.35). This policy applies to all members of the campus community. However, where there is a conflict between this policy and the provisions of a collective agreement or employment agreements the latter shall take precedence.
