Access Guide London

This resource, sponsored by The Independent Living Centre London & Area and developed with the participation of London’s Accessibility Advisory Committee, provides valuable information related to accessibility in the City of London. This guide includes information about the accessibility of lodgings, restaurants, attractions, and shopping malls. Additionally, it includes community information such as information about accessible vehicle rentals, attendant care, churches, dental offices and medical clinics, hospitals, full service gas stations, mobility products sales and service providers, oxygen service providers, public transportation, sign language providers, 24-hour drug stores, and veterinary services.

The Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee’s web page describes the work of the committee and has information about access for persons with disabilities at special events, review of bylaws that pertain to persons with disabilities, the city’s position on service dogs in taxicabs and information about city parking for persons who have a disabled person parking permit.
