The workforce analysis contained in this report seeks to quantify the under-representation of designated group members (women, visible minorities, Aboriginal persons and persons with disabilities) as determined by the guidelines set out in the Federal Contractors Program.

The Accessibility Plan, prepared by Western's Ontarians with Disabilities Act Committee, documents which barriers to accessibility at Western have been removed in the previous year and identifies any barriers that will need to be removed in the next reporting period.
