Dr. Stephanie Dixon joined the department in the Fall of 2007 as a Research Associate and is continuing here as a Post-Doctoral Fellow from December 2009-2011. She completed her PhD and MSc in Statistics at the University of Guelph (September 2009 and August 2004, respectively), and her BSc in Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University (June 2003). Stephanie is primarily involved in methodological research relevant to cluster randomization trials with time-to-event outcomes. Her research interests include, but are not limited to, Cluster Randomization trials; Statistical methods for correlated observations; Computational statistics; Survival analysis; Analysis of epidemiologic studies, clinical trials and community-based interventions; Health promotion.
