My teaching and research interests are primarily in the area of Children's Literature. I am particularly interested in the discourses surrounding infant care in the novels of L.M. Montgomery, as well as the information technologies (or lack thereof) in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. I also have an interest in Holocaust literature, particularly representations of the Holocaust directed at children.
