Preparatory-Week Withdrawals and Refunds
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
If you find it necessary to withdraw, you must contact the École de langue française de Trois-Pistoles
immediately, and return your official income tax receipt. Non-attendance
at the program does not by itself constitute withdrawal. Requests for
withdrawal received by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 20 (Week A) or by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 15 (Week B) will be granted a refund of the total fees paid less 15%. After this time, fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION OF COURSES
The Trois-Pistoles French Immersion School reserves the right to cancel any course for which there is insufficient enrolment. If either of these courses is cancelled, all fees will be refunded in full upon the return of the official income tax receipt.
