WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICIES

Any student who wishes to withdraw from the program must consult the Director . A non-bursary student who withdraws without consulting the Director will not be eligible for any refund of fees nor for an exemption from unpaid fees.

TROIS-PISTOLES PROGRAM DEPOSIT

Up to $50.00 may be refunded six weeks after the end of the course to all students who complete the course and who have no outstanding debts to the University. Once the registration fee/deposit is received by the School, it is non-refundable for all students who do not attend (i.e. those who fail to appear or who cancel at any time) or do not remain in Trois-Pistoles for the full five weeks, including the closing ceremony, which is intended, in part, to honour the host families.

THE REFUND POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOW FOR NON-BURSARY STUDENTS:

Accommodation fee: Students who leave the program will be required to pay for one more week in addition to the week during which the withdrawal occurs, in order to allow compensation to the host family for the unexpected inconvenience. Note: The accommodation fee can be pro-rated for those who request a shorter stay in advance of the program (at least two weeks advance notice required).

Tuition fee: A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply when students withdraw after registration. After classes begin the amount of the tuition will decrease daily at a rate of 6% of the declining balance. After two weeks there is no refund.

Immersion & enrichment fee: This amount is non-refundable.

Neither the tuition fee nor the immersion and enrichment fee will be reduced for those who are unable to attend for the entire five weeks.
