






Matt Quin is the Manager of Communications and Media Relations with King’s University College at The University of Western Ontario. He has significant experience in communications and PR working with The Grand Theatre, The Faculty of Health Sciences at Western, TechAlliance and having volunteered with Museum London, the London Chamber of Commerce and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
Kadie Ward has worked in various marketing, communications and public relations roles since launching her career as a partner at Pensells Copywriting. She has held positions with The University of Western Ontario, Media Management Inc., and The London Chamber of Commerce.Kadie has a Masters in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. Passionate about the community, Kadie is a member of several boards including MainStreet London, The Canadian Club of London, and The Ontario Chamber of Commerce. She is also an active member of several professional associations, such as the International Association for Business Communications, Canadian Communications Association, as well as the Canadian Marketing Association.
Nathan Garber - Improving management and governance in the non-profit sector has been Nathan Garber’s passion for more than 35 years. In pursuit of this goal he has led two non-profits to international recognition, served on many boards and committees, and provided consulting and training services for hundreds of organizations, large and small. His articles have been published in Canada, the United States, the UK, and Australia. His work and writing have been recognized for innovative, leading-edge thinking and the challenging of conventional ideas about boards of directors. He was the founding Editor-in-Chief of Nonprofit Boards & Governance Review, an electronic newsletter with more than 5,000 subscribers. Nathan is principal consultant of Nathan Garber & Associates.
Michael Cornelius has been working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for over 20 years. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Michael’s focus and area of expertise has been centred around the management and monitoring of clinical research trials both nationally and internationally. He has been a proud member of the Continuing Education teaching faculty for 6 years and also spent 2 years teaching clinical trial management courses at Humber College in Toronto.
