APPLY TO THE PROGRAM

Diploma and certificate applicants are required to complete the online program application and ensure the two sealed letters of reference are submitted by the stated deadline.

The online application will require you to:

1. Fill in Personal Information
2. Select a Program
3. Input a Personal Statement outlining your interest in the program, personal background including any achievements and what makes you a good candidate. This statement should be approximately 500 words, double spaced.
4. Pay the $100 Application Fee. The non-refundable payment can be made by AMEX, Mastercard, Visa.

Once your program application form has been submitted, please ensure that the two letters of reference and if applying to a Certificate program, please included your resume and forward to:

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of submitting the form, please contact us at post-degree@uwo.ca

Note: If you have attended another post-secondary institution since your last registration at Western, you may need to re-apply for admission to the University. Please contact the Admissions Office at 519 661 2100 to determine whether or not you will need to re-apply.

If you are required to re-apply for admission, please follow the application process outlined in option two.
